The Wastes- Basic World Overview

South City: Berrull- Dark for months at a time and freezing all year. Has almost no natural resources, and it sells gems from its mines that are used for various things. It is the most active in the council.

South East City: Estiware- not as deep south. It is near the largest mountain in the world. It is cold, dark, and isolated, and it has its own language.
They raise their own food and grow their own crops

Midsouth City: Laulin- They are  acity of hunters, they collect food in the middlewastes. It is a cold city, and some nights can be days to weeks ong. It was started by  Nomads who gave up on finding a sanctuary. It is the second most fortified city.

West City: Oroase- near the dead sea. It is the smallest city, and anyone who leaves it tends to die quickly. It is mostly a warrior city, and the ones who do not farm often become mercenaries. The farmers raise large and dangerous animals, often having to fight them into their cages and to kill them. They grow corn, wheat, and carnivorous plants

North City: Rifton- is hot and dry. The Ambassador is a hard ruler, and believes all people are to work tfor the better of the nation. It has broken off from the council

East City: Rivett- the industrial city, and the poorest and hardest place to live. It gets food from the Eastern Lake, as well as hunting near the Burning Mountains and middlewastes.

The North has the toxic wastes, above rifton, where none can pass because of radiation

The West has the Dead Sea, which is filled with strange sea monsters.

The South has the Frozen Wastes, which get colder the farther you go, no one has returned.

The East has the burning mountains, a mountain range that is fuled by natural gas fires. The air is toxic

The dry land is in the northeast, it is a desert that can get hot enough to melt metal

The whole world is just called the Wastes, and it has been this way for hundreds and hundreds of years, since a great war caused the world to be almost uninhabitable.

The Middlewastes are in the center of everything, and inhabited by warring tribes of Nomads, who spend their time scavenging and trading
